2024 Updates and Reminders from the office

Effective 1/1/2024 rates will change. You can find new rate information here.

Clients who do not show for an appointment and do not communicate with their therapist will be taken off the schedule for future appointments until arrangements are made to reschedule. No shows will also be charged and the client will be responsible for those payments.

Sometimes life happens and appointments are unable to be cancelled with 24 hours notice. If this happens please notify your therapist as soon as possible. Multiple appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a late cancel fee.

On the last day of the month, accounts with balances may be automatically charged to the card on file. Please double check the portal to make sure that your card is up to date.

You will likely be getting an email from Simple Practice to login to the portal make sure paperwork is updated for 2024. To avoid disruption in services, please make sure that you take a few minutes to do this.
